The my Randstad app offers convenient accessibility to a range of features directly from your phone, eliminating the need for constant communication with your consultant or branch. With this app, you can:
- Manage your availability effortlessly by setting and adjusting your work schedule, whether it's for entire days or specific times. Your consultant will always be updated on your availability, minimizing the need for unnecessary calls or branch visits.
- Effortlessly handle your work schedule by receiving planned shifts and being able to accept or reject them as needed. You can also apply for open shifts and cancel shifts when necessary. Additionally, you can conveniently punch in and out of your shifts and report your shift sales.
- Request time off easily by submitting vacation requests or reporting sick days directly through the app. Furthermore, you can keep track of your vacation balance and monitor the status of your requests.
- Stay informed with the News Centre feature, which provides regular updates and useful information from Randstad and your employer. The content is regularly refreshed with tips, tricks, and helpful articles designed to support your career progression.
- Submit timesheets by reporting your worked hours accurately through the app. You also have the flexibility to make any necessary updates to ensure correct payment.
- Access important documents such as payslips, contracts, and even sign contracts electronically from anywhere using the Documents feature.
- Manage your notifications effectively by marking old messages as read and deleting outdated notifications to keep the content relevant and focused on new messages.
